DORITOS REBRAND

A personal project I completed in 2 days. After a trend of simplification and stripping back, brands are beginning to explore their origins and embrace what made them unique. The Doritos logo, whilst still effective, hides a quirky past. I wanted to redesign the logo to bring the past and present into the future.
I built the brand around the basic shapes seen within the products. The triangular wedge is the primary shape, along side the circle referencing the dip and others representing ingredients.
