DON’T
Graphic design | Art direction | Adobe Firefly
On the bus one day I noticed a hand drawn poster outside someone’s house which looked something similar to the one on the right. I loved the passive aggressive language and the simplicity of the design. I created a set of posters based on this, making characters out of everyday objects and using the original language style.
I started by drawing objects and adding eyes/mouths to bring them to life. I then wrote headlines for each, keeping to the original structure.
I wanted the characters to feel a bit more wild by adding fur. Whilst this was a good way for me to further learn the 3D software Blender, it wasn’t moving in the right direction.
Adobe Firefly was the perfect tool to quickly generate a range of images and I’m really pleased with the results.
